I obtained my Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Göttingen and hold a Master of Science in Complex Adaptive Systems from Gothenburg University.
As a research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organization, I worked in the field of Statistical Physics and was elected representative of all Ph.D. candidates in the Max Planck Society.
I studied Design Thinking at the HPI School of Design Thinking and have since worked as a freelance Design Thinking coach with various clients such as large and small enterprises, think tanks, universities, and startups. I also hold a lecturing position at the HPI d-school. I was part of the Creation Center of Deutsche Telekom AG, co-initiated the Design Thinking networks inventedhere and kandoee, and co-founded the tech startup Sparkfield GmbH, which is innovating in the field of strength training.
At Robert Bosch GmbH, I shaped AI in various ways as a product lead, consulting research projects and implementing educational programs for AI for executive and technically-focused associates for years.
Being deeply rooted in Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence, I am deeply intrigued by the interplay of AI tools and how they will shape the creative work of our future.
