I manage the collaboration with external coaches from the initial contact to the awarding of contracts and transparent invoicing and ensure that our events and learning trips run smoothly. I also have a good handle on travel management and ensure that the logistical details for workshops and events around the world are organized smoothly. I also take care of the onboarding of new coaches so that everyone can quickly and efficiently find their feet in our agile way of working.
