Franka Grünewald is a computer scientist, design thinking coach, and public sector enthusiast. She received her doctorate from the Hasso Plattner Institute and trained in design thinking at the D-School. Franka has worked in e-learning research at the HPI and the University of Potsdam, in IT product and project management at the Federal Police, and as a coach at the D-School. Since 2021, Franka has headed the Digital Transformation Methods department at DigitalAgentur Brandenburg. Her current focus is AI for public administration. Topics that are most dear to Franka's heart are the transformation to a sustainable public sector and (gender) equality in the workplace.
