Teaching Faculty HPI d-school

Coach (external)

After being empowered by the HPI School of Desing Thinking, I co-initiated Protellus as one first-of-its-kind specialised Design Thinking consultancy focusing on sustainable development. For several years I also worked in “classical” sustainability consulting. Many of my projects float the fields of renewable   energy, green-startups, climate mitigation&adaption, stakeholder engagement, organizational development and strategies for sustainable futures. Most of my work is connected to international cooperation.

Influenced by my research at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, i put a special emphasis on team dynamics, psychological safety, and sustainable work practices.

I am in love with systemic considerations, long term perspectives, and implementation strategies combined with impact measurement for future-proof positive impact.

I love to be in a choir, playing improv-theatre, and the good feeling after yoga. The happiest version of myself can be found on mountains, with sun in my eyes, raindrops on my skin, and the sound of a stream in my ears.
