With over 15 years of experience as a journalist and senior executive in TV and media industry p across Europe and the U.S., I bring a unique blend of insights and expertise to my work. I have been practicing for over 10 yrs as a certified Systemic Personal and Business Coach, international working Mediator and experienced Design Thinking Coach at HPI d-school. My holistic approach is rooted in a deep commitment to individual and collective growth, underpinned by the belief that true leadership and innovation are born from a clear wish to understand and create, a dedication to diversity, and genuine team spirit.
Being a mother of girls, I understand the importance of strong, confident female leaders who can inspire the next generation. This drives my passion for providing leadership training and mentoring specifically for women to harness their unique strengths and lead with authenticity and confidence. In addition to my work at HPI d-school, I teach Innovation, Communication, and Leadership at the Akademie für Publizistik and the Hanse-Akademie für Führung und Management in Hamburg.
