My name is Mara and I am part of HPI’s People & Corporate Culture Development Team. As Coach for Transformation, I support our employees in Strategy Translation, Leadership and Team Development. At the D-School I am a Coach for Design Thinking teams.
I have a background in business administration and innovation management, graduating with an M.Sc. from the University of Potsdam. Further, I was trained in Design Thinking at the HPI School of Design Thinking.
Before joining the HPI, I worked as a research associate at the Chair of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Potsdam.
