My background in psychology, information systems, and design thinking drives my passion for user-centered design and human behavior in digital contexts. As a Team Lead for Leadership and Technologies at HPI d-school, I develop and conduct leadership and technology trainings, design thinking workshops, and long-term projects. With experience in both a global engineering firm and a Berlin start-up, I thrive on the diverse challenges different organizational contexts offer.
