I'm Teodora, a design thinker with a background in architecture, startups, and innovation management. I love how Design Thinking built on my design and engineering foundation and gave me a broader perspective. After learning it through the ME310 course at Stanford, I joined HPI’s Design Thinking Challenge and Workshop, where I enjoyed working with inspiring teams and coaches in Potsdam. After several years in corporate innovation, I founded MILE29 to help businesses create better products and services and to equip teams with Design Thinking skills. I'm also passionate about writing and storytelling, which led me to the TEDx stage, where I spoke about curiosity, creativity, and courage. I’m always up for new challenges, and in my free time, I enjoy endurance sports, marathons, and Ironman races.
