User-Centered Digital Communication and Behavior in Fragile Situations

PI: Professor Dr. Christoph Meinel

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted digital communication and innovation behaviour in many contexts. The research team will conduct four case studies in the dimensions of education, governance and organizations to identify problems and develop solution strategies. The researchers aim to uncover significant problem fields and evaluate the strategies chosen. They will consolidate the outcome of the collected and analyzed data in a booklet of best practice recommendations. These guidelines can aid designers of instructional material, policies and organizational structures to strengthen their frameworks for future turbulent contexts by creating tools and strategies for facilitating digital communication and behaviour.
