Metanome stepped to Version 1.2

The Metanome data profiling tool and all its metadata discovery algorithms have just stepped from version 1.1 to version 1.2. The new version 1.2 updates several project dependencies to more recent versions. It also replaces the deprecated Lucene OpenBitSet implementations with modern Java BitSets, which became more efficient in recent years. The changes make sure that the project stays up-to-date and that it keeps up with recent JVM and library improvements. The migration, however, also affects the performance characteristics of the various algorithms, i.e., their execution times and memory demands change according to the changes in updated libraries. While this should be a change to the better, it is now much harder to reproduce the performance measurements provided in the various publications of the algorithms. For this reason, we continue to provide 1.0 and 1.1 releases together with the new 1.2 development version on our Metanome website.
