Both tournaments start at 4:30 pm. The award ceremony will take place from 8:20 pm. Showers will be provided so that you do not have to leave the summer party grounds.

Please note: The registration process for the invitations to HPI events is done in the double-opt-in procedure:

  1. Registration: Please enter your data in the form and send it off.

  2. Authentication: After sending the form, you will receive an e-mail with a registration link. You must complete the registration by clicking on the link.

Still and Motion Pictures:

Photo and film recordings (including sound) will be made during the event. These recordings will be used to document the event and for the Hasso Plattner Institute’s press and public relations work. The legal basis is therefore the legitimate interest of the organizer (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact the photographer or cameraman/camerawoman directly.
