Norman is a freelance design thinking coach, lean startup facilitator, and moderator. He is passionate about playful collaboration, co-creation, and innovation - also in the digital space. In his customized workshops, he supports teams in practicing the change of perspective, to quickly develop user-centered products and services as well as sustainable and innovative business models.
He is committed to young entrepreneurs and works together with other HPI D-School graduates on a start-up project.
Norman has a background in business administration and European studies and previously worked in consulting and at a start-up incubator in Berlin. He completed both the Basic Track and the Advanced Track at the HPI D-School.
