We research training simulations for emergency medical personnel, to improve the preparation and practice for mass casualty incidents. For this purpose, we develop open-source training software that is based on simulated patients end incidents in cooperation with partners such as the German Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK) and volunteer aid organizations.
