Based on the mindset of Design Thinking and the fundamentals of systemic coaching and positive psychology, this program helps you to get to know yourself better. You recognize your behavior patterns and values. You explore and test prototypes to build on them and develop new options for a successful future. The program is based on the “Designing Your Life” concept and was expanded and further developed at the HPI d-school.

Course dates for Winter Term 2026–2027:

Session 1: 27.11.2026 (HPI d-school)
Session 2: 11.12.2026 (remote)
Session 3: 08.01.2027 (remote)
Session 4: 29.01.2027 (HPI d-school)
