I have over 25 years of experience in shaping innovations at the intersection of desirability, feasibility, and economic viability, using adaptive methods and design thinking to develop viable, implementable, and user-centered solutions to complex challenges. After my early career in software development and research, I co-founded Wikidata in 2012, the first global free structured knowledge database, which today forms an essential basis for many AI applications. I then served as managing director of Wikimedia Germany, the largest chapter of the global open knowledge movement. Today, as a founder, fractional executive, and executive coach, I combine agile project implementation with digital product development and successfully apply artificial intelligence for innovation, transformation, and leadership. In doing so, I empower and guide people to use AI effectively and responsibly, creating real added value for the interaction between humans and machines.
