The world of work is changing rapidly. According to the World Economic Forum, companies expect that 39 % of core skills will need to be relearned or further developed by 2030. At the forefront are skills such as creativity, flexibility, leadership, and confident use of AI. In our Innovation Bootcamp: Human & AI, you will develop precisely these skills – in a practical, team-based, and future-oriented way.

You will start with a comprehensive online course and then put your knowledge into practice in a 3-day bootcamp: through a real project, real prototypes, and real impact.

Requirements

No formal prior knowledge is required. Initial experience with design thinking or AI tools is helpful but not necessary.

To participate, you will need: Your own laptop and (monthly) licenses for selected online tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Freepik). You will receive all the necessary information in good time.

About the workshop

In this program, you will develop key skills for tomorrow's world of work: You will learn how to use artificial intelligence as a creative, strategic, and analytical partner and apply what you have learned directly in a real-world project with a project partner.

In doing so, you will not only develop technological skills, but above all the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively, cooperatively, and reflectively as a human being.

Through intensive exchange with experts and fellow participants, you will strengthen your innovative power, sharpen your eye for potential, and gain a sound understanding of the meaningful use of AI in practice.

Agenda

The course was a real experience: three intensive days of collaboration between humans and AI. With DT and AI, we achieved impressive results: often better than expected and significantly faster. It was challenging to stay focused and reflect on the results in a meaningful way. AI can be exhausting!
The excellent preparation, structured exchange, and inspiring coaching on site (thanks to Samuel, Abraham, and the entire HPI team!) contributed significantly to the learning success. Particularly valuable: transferring what we learned directly to our own use cases—and thinking ahead courageously. For me, this means specifically combining sustainability management with AI in order to better analyze complex issues, understand them in depth, and achieve real social impact.
