I have been with the HPI since 2022. As Program Lead and Coach, I am responsible for the HPI Certification Program for Design Thinking Coaches. I design, plan and lead the workshops and further develop the program. I also run in-house certifications and other formats, such as Design Thinking Introductions and customized workshops. Alongside my colleague Elisabeth Höpner, I am the main point of contact for all questions relating to the Certification Program.

Experience (Non-Academic)
As a coach, I build on my practical experience in the innovation departments of various companies. I was Innovation Manager of the ERGO Innovation Lab and Coach and Facilitator in Technical Innovation Management at Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg. There I accompanied projects with Design Thinking and other agile methods, led organizational development workshops and was an expert in user research.
