Design Thinking Teaching Practitioner

• Part 1: Design Thinking hands-on workshop (3 days, on-site)
  This hands-on workshop offers an intensive and varied learning experience. We start by exploring the essential mindsets for innovation work – through interactive exercises, you'll learn how the right mindset can transform your approach to creative problem-solving. Over the next two days, you'll work in teams to navigate each phase of the process using a real-world case study. Regular reflection and Q&A sessions will deepen your understanding of the process and core methods.
• Part 2: Process deep dive: basic and mindset exercises for everyday life 
  This part gives you the opportunity to further deepen your knowledge and apply what you’ve learned through literature and everyday exercises.
• Part 3: Reflection and exchange – next steps (online, group session)
  About a month after the workshop, you'll reconnect with the other participants to share your experiences and consider your next steps together. The session will be facilitated by an HPI coach.

• Part 1: Design Thinking method deep dive: advanced (ca. 1 day, online, self-paced)
  In this part, you'll deepen your understanding of the Design Thinking phases through theoretical background knowledge and practical examples delivered via videos. Additionally, you'll learn and experiment with various advanced methods directly.
• Part 2: AI-driven innovation: co-creation with Artificial Intelligence (ca. 1 day, online, self-paced)
  Here, you'll learn how to effectively integrate AI roles and tools into your innovation work. Alongside numerous examples, you'll get hands-on experience with a few cases.

This module makes the transition to teaching and coaching. It focuses on both skillful process facilitation as well as the handling of team dynamics. You will test and reflect on your coaching style in a safe environment. Our experienced HPI coaches provide intensive feedback.
