In my client projects, I am often concerned with the question of what happens after Design Thinking. How do we move from the project mindset to the product mindset? How can we implement agile? Do we need a reorg for this? I support product owners/managers/leaders and their stakeholders in particular.

After my studies at HPI, I worked for 6 years in an international strategy consultancy before starting my own business in 2020. My thirst for knowledge always leads me to new hobbies - some call it “Scanner Personality”. Among other things, I'm currently excited about developing an escape room, a songwriting project and preparing for my first marathon.
