From Project to Product

Everyone is talking about “agile” – but what is really behind it? Large projects with still long terms that now arrange to stand up every day? There’s more! In this format, we will show you how you can measure, prioritize, plan, focus, decide and reflect in an agile way. In this way, you pave the way for an effective and efficient implementation organization. The “implementation” under consideration here can be an example of a design thinking process, but does not have to be. Participants who otherwise have little contact with Design Thinking are also very welcome.

What you can expect

Organizational analysis: The existing implementation set-up of the participants‘ ownorganisation(s) can be critically evaluated (the main problems can be identified).
Role development: Understanding of one’s own role(s) can be heightened and refined, as well as identifying measures which can be adopted to improve the current situation.
Stakeholder conviction: Stakeholders in the organisation can be convinced to implement improvements.

Language

Bilingual (English/German), if there are English-speaking only participants inputs will be held in English, team work can be held in German, depending on the group.

Good to know

The workshop is a useful follow-up to “From Design Thinking projects to agile development”, which deals with how ideas developed in the design thinking process can be put into practice. It can also be attended independently or, conversely, serve as a basis for the above workshop.
