The SWI's annual continuing education ranking is based on a comprehensive analysis of 359 providers in 14 categories. These range from IT continuing education to language courses and instrumental lessons. The study used two methods: a large-scale customer survey and the evaluation of over 100 million online sources - including social media platforms, blogs and review portals. This “social listening” makes it possible to collect authentic opinions and ratings from users.

The rankings were awarded on the basis of clear criteria that are relevant to customer satisfaction: personal benefit of the training, value for money, fun factor and the quality of the learning content. The willingness to recommend the course to others also played an important role.

Our top ranking in the “Digital skills training” category and the award in the “IT training” category show that we were able to impress in all of these areas. The positive feedback from our customers and the comprehensive social listening results make it clear that our courses meet the requirements of the modern continuing education market.
