In our workshop "Innovation management: Making the impact of exploratory innovation activities measurable", you will dive into innovation measurement. You will gain in-depth knowledge of various management control systems and develop customized strategies for evaluating your innovation methods and exploratory activities. You will learn how these can be reflected in your KPIs to accurately measure innovation projects' success. You will also explore alternative approaches to classic KPIs that optimally integrate modern innovation principles and leadership strategies.

• You will thoroughly understand various management control systems based on recognized research models and their application to exploratory innovation activities.
• In exchange with other participants, you will develop individual strategies for evaluating your exploratory innovation activities, including Design Thinking as a frequently used approach.
• You will learn how exploratory innovation methods can be reflected in your KPIs to make the success of innovation projects measurable.
• You will explore alternative approaches to classic KPIs to meet the specific requirements of explorative innovation methods and modern leadership strategies.
