Innovation and agility – experience and leadership

I learned how to represent the 'intangible' in a prototypical way and how to look at different sides from different perspectives. It's impressive what we, as a senior management team, have achieved in such a short time by working together. I can apply everything I've learned in this program in my daily work.

In the Leadership Program for innovation and agility at the HPI d-school, I learned that leadership is not about having all the answers but empowering teams to navigate through times of uncertainty and complexity. I liked the application-oriented concept paired with productive break-out sessions that helped me to implement what I learned directly into my daily business as a leader.

The good thing about this leadership program is that you get new ways of thinking to find solutions to various challenges. And as a manager, you also think about the right questions to ask to find good solutions with your team.

For us at HEC, it was fascinating to have the chance to work with another world-class institution to help design a world-class program for a world-class company.
