The Design Thinking sprint is an ideal kick-off format for you and your team to initiate large-scale and complex corporate projects internally. You interview users and analyze their needs, explore fields of opportunity, and develop initial solutions. As a rule, you work in a self-organized manner in a five-person project team on a specific challenge. Our lead coaches provide you with methodological support. The Design Thinking sprint enables you and your team to find a common working method to successfully start the project work, and ultimately to create real innovations.
The Design Thinking Sprint consists of one day of preparation, five workshop days, and, if necessary, additional days to further develop the prototypes in iteration loops.
- Scoping day: You identify your specific project challenge or project ideas.
- Day 1: You will be methodically trained using an initial quick run-through of the Design Thinking Process.
- Day 2: You will conduct in-depth interviews for user research.
- Day 3: You will evaluate the data from your field research.
- Day 4: You will develop ideas and build prototypes.
- Day 5: You will further test, reflect, and plan the project.
