I have a background in education and lifelong learning and have been working at HPI d-school and HPI in different roles since 2012. Today, I am leading the team and portfolio of Design Thinking programs for professionals.
I have 365+ days of Design Thinking coaching experience from diverse (international) contexts. One of my key interests is the synergy between human and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, I also draw from my experience in improvisation theatre, sport and music to inspire my work.
