Objectives

  • You will learn about the current technical possibilities and low-code organizational structures to sort them anew.
  • You will get an overview of the platforms and players in the market.
  • You will develop a specific application for a (fictitious) company in real-time on a low-code/no-code platform. You can apply what you have learned to start-ups and established companies and to B2C and B2B markets.
  • After completing the master class, you will have access to the platform for eight weeks to create further applications for your company.

Requirements

Please bring a laptop with a standard browser (Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) for the practical exercises on day 2. Of course, Wi-Fi is available on-site. You do not need any programming skills.

About the workshop

At first glance, what appears to be an IT topic is essentially a cultural issue. And one that challenges the organizational structures of companies of all sizes during digital transformation. However, only a few companies have addressed the topic of low-code/no-code and its possibilities. Even fewer companies are already working with platforms and tools in this area. However, when used correctly, low-code/no-code catalyzes digital innovation. Thanks to simple development environments, so-called "citizen developers" can build simple applications. Because application development is thus transferred to the specialist departments, the core IT can concentrate on system-relevant processes and structures.

Profiles with the participants' contact details are created on the no-code platform in preparation for the master class.
