After completing a Master's degree in Gender Studies at Cambridge University, Rea founded IN-VISIBLE BERLIN, where she and her team have been supporting companies in establishing an equal working culture and promoting equality. She uses innovation methods such as design thinking. Her clients include research institutions such as the TU Berlin, FU Berlin, the University of Cologne and the Helmholtz Association, as well as tech start-ups, political organisations and corporations.
