Coaches

Each semester, we assemble a new coaching team for our academic Design Thinking programs. In total, we employ about 50 coaches to support our students, resulting in a coach-to-student ratio of 1:5. This intensive coaching guarantees the unique learning quality at HPI D-School. We continually enrich the coaching team with exciting personalities who can bring new perspectives and experience to the project work.
