Łukasz Lata

Łukasz joined HPI d-school in 2024 as a Program Lead, prior to that he worked as a Design Thinking Coach at HPI d-school Afrika, Cape Town.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Information Systems from Liverpool John Moores University. He graduate with a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business, UCT. He is also a certified Integral coach, having completed the CfD program at the Center for Coaching at the Graduate School of Business, UCT.

Łukasz, originally from Kraków, Poland, has developed his career across various countries in Europe, North America, and Africa. His professional journey spans a broad array of sectors, including telecommunications, banking, insurance, and e-Commerce. He also brings broad consulting experience to digital transformation projects and innovative methodologies. His project portfolio includes CRM, campaign automation, omni-channel, business process automation, digital product delivery, user journey design/service blueprint, and organisational operations.

Through his work in digital transformation projects, he has come to appreciate the importance of individual culture and organisational culture. He believes that no transformation will be successful if we focus solely on processes and technology, without looking at individuals and organisational culture.
