The design thinking approach is to be established and practised in Latin America through courses and workshops. The focus of the D-School U. Mayor is the development of a design thinking community, which is why the diverse range of courses is aimed at students, employees, academics and coaches. They want to promote innovative ideas and creativity beyond the Design Thinking courses.
The HPI D-School supported the development process of the Design Thinking-School with a visit to Chile in 2018, to gain an understanding of the country and the vision of the U. Major. This was followed by the joint development of the programs and certified training of the Design Thinking Coaches. To this day, the School of Design Thinking is the main partner of the D-School in Chile.
