In our two-day workshop, you will gain a comprehensive insight into efficient and successful project management, digital upskilling, and agile work. This practice-oriented master class enables you to confidently manage strategic projects – for example, those initiated by executives. You will gain the confidence to apply what you have learned through case studies and practical exercises.
In economically uncertain times, boards and executives often have to change priorities and set new impulses. Decisions also have to be made quickly. This pressure is passed on to project managers, who have to meet expectations and implement plans quickly. This makes it essential that traditional project management works well and is flexible enough to complete such strategic projects successfully.
Dr. Michael Perscheid served as SAP's chair representative to Prof. Dr. h.c. mult. Hasso Plattner at the Hasso Plattner Institute and as VP for Chairman and Strategic Projects at SAP, brings a wealth of practical experience as a project manager for one of Germany's leading top managers.
With his extensive experience, he can reflect on many projects that taught him valuable lessons. Now he is sharing the wealth of knowledge he has gained over the years exclusively in this master class at the HPI d-school.
