Innovative ideas that, for example that emerge from a design thinking process often fail on their way to implementation. As soon as the idea leaves the nucleus, it often encounters a large number of doubters within the company: “What risks are associated with this? What could go wrong during implementation? Couldn’t that turn out to be a huge bad investment? Isn’t the entire reputation of the company at stake?”
Unfortunately, in practice this often means that even very good ideas are literally talked to death. Momentum and motivation then peter out somewhere in the cultural conflicts of objectives within the organization.
Find out in the workshop how you can overcome the hurdles when great ideas meet doubters. The key question in this workshop is: How can the project implementation still work despite all the uncertainties?
