Objectives

  • You will learn new ways of making decisions and communicating with your team.
  • You will more effectively align your leadership compass with innovative leadership practices.
  • You will learn agile leadership practices and mapping strategies that you can use to solve complex challenges and lead your team safely.
  • Two top institutions will train you: Resourceful Humans and the HPI d-school. You will also experience two inspiring locations: the start-up tech and sustainability campus at Goerzwerke in Berlin and the digital innovation campus at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam.
  • You will experiment with a cutting-edge virtual reality game based on the bestseller "Turn the Ship Around!" by David Marquet.
  • You will become part of our alumni network and benefit from exclusive invitations to events at the HPI.

About the workshop

In this two-day workshop, you will experience and reflect on your own leadership behavior under high pressure and great uncertainty using state-of-the-art virtual reality technology. You will discover your intuitive strengths and "blind spots" and become aware of your approach to teamwork and leadership. Together, we will analyze your behavior and communication and develop your leadership behavior based on the newly gained insights.

Agenda

  • The 'Navigating uncertainty' leadership format is a real experience. Immersing yourself in virtual reality makes it possible to experience your leadership behavior directly, and transferring it to your corporate reality shows how agile leadership can succeed.
