Our workshop "Navigating Uncertainty" is aimed at leaders who want to strengthen their leadership skills and navigate their company safely through turbulent times. It is also designed for teams or companies that want to overcome challenges together and establish a strong, resilient corporate culture.

In this two-day workshop, you will experience and reflect on your own leadership behavior under high pressure and great uncertainty using state-of-the-art virtual reality technology. You will discover your intuitive strengths and "blind spots" and become aware of your approach to teamwork and leadership. Together, we will analyze your behavior and communication and develop your leadership behavior based on the newly gained insights.
To kick off, you'll experience an exclusive virtual leadership experience. You'll take part in a virtual reality game with various missions. You'll work with other leaders, learn new skills, and apply them in a fun learning environment.
On the second day, we focus on clarity. You will question your communication and business missions and reflect on your leadership skills and mindset. In doing so, you will develop your leadership compass based on your previous learning experiences. We place particular emphasis on developing your skills. Together with you, we will work on your mindset, your decision-making, and a roadmap for your future leadership behavior. We use Lego Serious Play to train agile leadership practices. We also teach you mapping strategies that help you gain orientation and clarity for your team in uncertain situations.
