The following exercise will help you discover your energy.
Step 1: Write down three things that gave you a lot of energy in the last week. Example: a walk in the forest, sports before work, lunch with colleagues.
Step 2: Write down three things that made you tired, stressed, or drained.
Example: an unstructured meeting, a long train ride to the customer, lengthy coordination loops for a project.
Step 3: Think about
Example: after the annoying meeting, you go to lunch with nice colleagues; you do the next coordination call virtually while taking a walk; you do sports three times a week.
Tip: small changes often make a big difference. Try a conscious adjustment next week!
