Madini Liebscher has been working as a Design Thinking coach with students and companies since 2020. She combines her background in International Business with the creative process in Design Thinking to support teams in implementation beyond product development and to help them reach their full potential.
For Madini, Design Thinking is primarily an attitude on which good teamwork is built. One of her favourite principles in Design Thinking is the lack of evaluation among team members when they exchange their associations, experiences and feelings on a topic in order to start their research. This creates a pleasant working atmosphere based on respect and mutual trust.
Madini feels that she is a lifelong learner and is interested in areas such as mediation and change management, among others, in which she is constantly learning.
