Jen Tzen, Design Thinking Educator and Consultant since 2014. Before HPI D-School, he worked as a Program Manager at D.School Malaysia and as a Design Strategist at the Board of Innovation, Antwerp.
Over the years, he has accumulated vast experience in hosting impactful learning experiences and led multiple innovation projects globally. He has experienced tackling complex challenges using Design Thinking mindsets in various industries such as education, telecommunications, banking, and FMCG.
On top of that, he was part of a transformation team and spearheaded the establishment of an autonomous in-house Design Thinking Academy for Belgium's largest telecommunication company.
