Objectives

  • You will analyze your leadership vision and develop your leadership style.
  • You will familiarize yourself with various leadership concepts and practices and an agile mindset.
  • You will gain new perspectives on the topics of leading agile teams and self-management.
  • You will learn how to build a psychologically safe corporate culture, assemble high-performance teams, and manage dynamic decision-making processes.
  • You will learn how to create transparency through OKR (Objectives and Key Results), set priorities, and build your network in a targeted manner.
  • You will conduct stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management and expand your understanding of innovation, e.g. through the Explore-Exploit Portfolio.
