From Italy to HPI: Meet Andrea

Your master's program in Digital Health

Digital Health at HPI bridges the gap between medicine and IT – and was the perfect Master’s program for Andrea. He wanted to combine three fields of interest: computers, biology, and language. Now, he’s conducting impressive research at HPI in the field of neurological disorders, such as epilepsy.   • 2011 - 2014: Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (Italy)
  • 2014 - 2015: Master's degree in Plant Biotechnology (Spain)
  • 2015 - 2016: Master's degree in Management, specializing in Innovation Management in Healthcare (Spain)
  • 2018 - 2022: Master's degree in Digital Health at HPI (Germany)
  • 2022 - present: Research Associate & Doctoral Student at HPI (Data Analytics and Computational Statistics)
