Play the Robotics Trial “Ropeat” at Our Booth
A special gaming experience awaits you at our Gamescom booth: a top-down tactical action game developed by HPI students from the GameDev Club – situated in the futuristic setting of HPI campus.
What is it about?
It's the year 2149. Education is scarce and highly competitive – a luxury that only a few can afford. The Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam is the last bastion of free, excellent knowledge transfer. In the “HPI Robotics Trial”, a demanding selection process, applicants compete to become part of this future.
You can look forward to:
- Fast-paced arena battles with robots
- Strategic use of time loops
- Reproduction of past game actions
- Collecting “Hasso coins” to qualify
