Martin Karlsch earned his M.Sc. in IT Systems Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute in 2006 and has since co-founded several Berlin startups, including Artmesh, Madvertise (acquired by MNG), LiquidM (acquired by Bertelsmann), and Remerge in 2014. As CTO, he helped grow Remerge from a five-person team into a global company with more than 200 employees and nine-digit annual revenues. Today, he still enjoys writing code when time allows and focuses on building high-performing engineering and data science teams.
