Student Information

On its own campus directly situated at the S-Bahn station Griebnitzsee the Hasso Plattner Institute provides studying conditions which only the very least institutes can compete with. Short distances, state-of-the-art labs and direct contact between lecturers and students only are a few points.

We provide a personal and comprehensive information and counseling service

HPI offers information and counseling services covering the following areas: content and structure of the study programs, focus and orientation of the Institute, differences between HPI's and traditional computer science programs, and the selection procedure each candidate must undergo. Incidentally: HPI students are enrolled at the University of Potsdam, which awards the Bachelor's and Master's degrees to graduates.
