Together for more diversity in tech
The conference is supported by the #SheTransformsIT initiative, which has been working since 2020 with leading representatives from politics, business, academia and civil society to bring more women into digitization. Anna Christmann, member of the Bundestag and #SheTransformsIT co-initiator, is patron of the conference and will speak on the first panel of the conference on May 12.
Rich and eventful agenda with talks, panels and workshops
Inspiration on May 12:
The agenda for the first day of the conference offers participants talks, panels and keynote speeches on topics such as modern leadership, future work, family compatibility at work, inclusive data science and the next generation of women leaders in tech. The speakers will set impulses and want to talk with the participants about hurdles, challenges and opportunities.
Deepening Skills on May 13:
On May 13, participants can actively expand their future skills in the areas of tech, work and diversity in workshops and gain new skills for their career path.
Networking and practical examples on both days:
Our partner companies, such as Deloitte and Doctolib, among others, are making a strong case for a diverse digital future and will be talking about what Future Work looks like at your company in their business talks on May 13.
