Beschreibung
Monday:
Lecture dealing with hot spots and core questions of entrepreneurship. All parts are teached and coached in a strong interactive mode mixed with real-world case studies and real entrepreneurs as guest speakers.

Wednesday:
Writing and presenting a business plan about student team self-chosen or given business idea.

- Why is entrepreneurship so important?
- How do I generate a business idea?
- What is a business model?
- What are the differences between technology, product and a solution offering?
- Who do I need for a winning team?

- How do I write a good business plan?
- What should I present in a pitch?
Voraussetzungen
Primarily objective is to equip students with knowledge and insights to execute their own business ideas either within a corporation or in an external start-up. Secondary, we aim to motivate more HPI students to think entrepreneurial.
