Research Area: Autonomous Data Management

My research focuses on Data Management on Modern Storage Technologies.
I investigate how disaggregated memory can be efficiently utilized for in main-memory databases
so that memory demands of databases can be served by a composable data center with disaggregated memory while query performance remains efficient.

Areas of interest:

  • In-Memory Data Management
  • Disaggregated Memory
  • Index Structures
